Description

Cheese knife narrow stepped blade. Used to cut soft and very soft cheese such as Gorgonzola DOP, Taleggio DOP. The narrow shape of the blade avoid the cheese to stick to the knife during cutting. Furthermore the blade, in a lower position compared to the handle, helps to avoid touching the work surface with your hand while cutting and allow to complete the cut without impediments.
